Ayo’s Money Jar is the first book in a new financial education book series for children ages 2-6 called SmartChoiceNation Kids. The series has been developed to help teach your child critical money lessons. These lessons are aligned with the Jump$tart Coalition’s National Standards for K-12 Personal Finance Education as well as many statewide financial literacy curricula. Each book is written as a conversation guide that covers a specific financial education concept. The conversation guide section includes suggested family activities and a glossary of terms to reinforce the learning process. Ayo’s Money Jar focuses on money management, and explores the Give,Grow,Go concept, SmartChoiceNation’s money management rule of thumb for children.
